摘要
应用CMIAS医学图像分析仪对8月龄高血压大鼠6个脑区的毛细血管和2个脑区的细动脉进行了定量观察。结果发现:(1)高血压大鼠早期毛细血管的超微结构改变比细动脉更为明显。此期毛细血管的主要病理改变是内皮细胞增生、基底膜增厚以及血管外膜的小灶性坏死,而细动脉则表现为平滑肌细胞增生和基底膜的分层增加;(2)不同脑区毛细血管的病变程度差异较大,深部脑区毛细血管管腔狭窄和管壁增厚的程度明显大于皮层区。本研究为脑血管的定量研究积累了资料,并对上述病理变化的成因以及与临床的关系进行了初步探讨。
The morphometric parameters of capillaries and arterioles of different brain regions were measured in stroke prone spontaneously hypertensive rats using CMIAS image analysis system. The results showed that the ultrastructural changes of capillaries were more obvious than that of arterioles in the early stage of hypertension, which included the proliferation of endothelium and basement membrane as well as focal necrosis of the vascular wall. The degree of pathological change in different regions existed significant discrepancy. The causes of the morphological changes and the clinical significance were discussed preliminarily.
