摘要
在对1990年度北京市部分地区异位妊娠病例进行临床病理学研究的基础上,就其中80例可供形态计量学研究的输卵管样品及对照组20例由于子宫或卵巢病变而切除的正常输卵管应用Quantimet970图像分析仪(英国剑桥),采用QUIPS软件编制的程序,进行了形态计量学观察。两组的年龄大致相同,均为生育期妇女。结果显示异位妊娠组输卵管粘膜纤毛细胞密度极显著减少(P<0001),纤毛密度亦极显著减少(P<0001),纤毛高度极明显变化(P<0001)。结果表明输卵管粘膜损伤与纤毛活动力减弱,使孕卵向宫腔转移速度变慢或中途停顿,是异位妊娠的重要因素;而造成输卵管粘膜损伤的主要原因是输卵管各类炎症病变,极少数亦可能为发育异常。
Based on the study of ectopic pregnancy in Beijing area in 1990, a morphometric study on endosalpins of 80 cases of ectopic pregnancy was carried out using an image analysis system, Quantimet-970 and QUIPS Program, Cambridge Instruments. The control group included 20 cases of normal oviduct. Patients in both groups were in child-bearing period. It was found that in the ectopic pregnancy group numerial density of ciliated cells (0 0062±0 0028/μm 2) and of cilia (0 035±0 0138/μm 2) were significantly reduced (P<0 001) compared with those in the normal group (0 0119±0 0033/μm 2 and 0 0854±0 0264/μm 2 respectively). The cilium length became significantly shorter in the ectopic pregnancy group (3 5343±0 7516 μm vs. 5 0657±0 9512 μm, P<0 001). Our findings indicate that pathologic changes of the endosalpinx leading to slowing down the speed of the fertilized ovum transfer or even its bloclage is the main casse of ectopic pregnancy.
