摘要
目的 建立一个新的心脏节律模型。方法 利用两个Hodgkin -Huxley方程分别模拟窦房结和房室结的电位 ,综合描述心脏节律的规律。结果 利用模型研究外界刺激和离子浓度对心脏节律的影响 ,模型分析的结论和实际一致。结论 这里的数学模型描述了心脏节律变化。模型构造清晰 。
Objective To establish a new model of cardiac rhythm. Methods Two Hodgkin-Huxley equations are used to simulate the potential of SA node and AV node, and to describe the regular pattern of cardiac rhythm. Results It has been found out that the results of the model analysis are similar as the actual situation on the influence of external stimulus and ions to the cardiac rhythem.Conclusion This mathematics model can describe the change of cardiac rhythm. The structure of the model is clear enough and the data have some physiological meaning.
