摘要
本文阐述了真空供热机组的控制原理及其实现方法。采用S7-200可编程控制器作为控制核心,对温度、压力、水位等进行检测控制,满足了机组的运行要求。系统体现出较强的软件功能和良好的人机界面。
This paper elaborates the control principle of the vacuum heater and the achieving method. The S7-200 pro-grammable logical controller is used as the control center of system. The parameters such as temperature, pressure and water level are detected and controlled to meet the requirement of the operation of the machine. The system has the powerful functions of software, and the fairly good human-machine interface.
