摘要
本文介绍新型数据采集系统芯片ADμC812在铝电解槽熔体高度检测系统中的应用。分析铝电解槽中热电偶感温特点及电解槽内电解质和铝液的传热性能,提出利用电解质和铝液传热性能差异测量熔体高度的方法。使用ADμC812单片机简化了高度检测系统的实现。
This page introduces a application of a new type data acquisition system chip-ADμC812. A novel measurement of metal and cryolitic baths height is developed by analysis the character of thermocouple temperature rising and the difference of heat conduct capability between aluminum and bath, and sim-plify the system implement of bath and metal height measurement by use of ADμC812 microcontroller.
