摘要
减薄主绝缘厚度、提高导热能力、增强绝缘安全可靠性是现代电机绝缘技术的发展方向。本文从绝缘材料、绝缘结构及相关工艺特点方面,对10kV级高压电机定子绕组绝缘进行了讨论,为10kV级高压电机产品的设计提供依据。
Reducing the thickness of the main insulation, increasing the heat capacity, enhancing insulation safety and reliability is the developing tendency of modern electric machine insulation. This paper discusses 10kV high voltage stator winding insulation in terms of insulation materials, structure and process characteristics, providing the basis for the design of 10kV high-voltage electric machine products.
