摘要 本文主要阐述了悬式水轮发电机轴系调整的方法。从机组轴线产生原因入手,介绍了轴线盘车测量的方法,基于摆度曲线为正弦曲线,提出了根据最小二乘法为理论基础,用正弦曲线拟合对盘车数据进行分析、优化。根据优化后数据提出了最佳轴线处理方案,并以回龙电站2号机组为例,阐述了具体轴线调整方法。悬式机组摆度大的难题得到了有效的解决。 The method of axis adjustment for suspended hydro-generator is expounded in this paper. Starting from the unit axis causes, the thesis introduces the measuring methods of axis jigger.Basing swing curve is sine curve, the idea that using least square fitting principle is put forward as to the optimization disposal thought on the alignment data. According to the optimized data, the scheme is proposed to solve better unit axis. As an example of Huilong power station No.2 unit, the article discussed the adjustment methods of set axis. Additionally, the problem on swing of suspended hydro-generator is effectively solved.
