摘要
针对牛路岭水电站存在的主轴密封不严、空蚀、振动等问题,对3号机组进行了技术改造。本次改造主要对转轮、顶盖、底环、固定止漏环、主轴密封、导叶、控制环、尾水管直锥段等部件及其附属相关部件进行了优化设计。通过3号水轮机改造,将机组性能进一步优化,改造效果总体情况良好,提高了效率、空蚀和水力稳定性明显改善,使牛路岭电站的水轮机达到现代先进水平。
In order to solve the disadvantages of Niululing hydropower station, such as the lax main shaft seal, the cavitations, the vibration and so on, the No.3 unit is technical-transformed by Harbin Institute of Large Electrical Machinery. The runner( A773 a type), the head cover, the bottom ring,the fixed stanch ring, main shaft seal, guide vane, controlling ring, the straight cone of draft tube and their attached parts is optimal designed in this transformation. By this transformation for the No.3 hydraulic turbine, the problems left by the former 3 units' transformation is further optimized,and therefore the hydraulic turbine of the Niululing hydropower station reach a modern advanced level.
