摘要
针对目前风电机组状态监测系统存在的不足,提出了基于健康样本的风电机组状态评估与异常检测系统,该系统建立了风电机组工况参数和关键部件性能参数间的映射关系,通过实时计算风电机组关键部件性能参数的健康值,能实时评估其运行状态。实例分析表明,该系统克服了单一静态阈值报警的不足,能有效地识别出机组关键部件存在的异常。
For the shortcoming of the current wind turbine condition monitoring system, a condition assessment and anomaly detection system of wind turbine based on healthy sample is proposed. This system establishes a mapping between the wind turbine working parameters and critical component performance parameters. It cans real-timely computes the health value of key components' performance parameters, real-timely assess their operating condition. Examples analysis show that the system overcomes the shortcomings of a single static threshold alarm, can effectively identify the abnormity of wind turbine's key components.
