本文通过对渔子溪水电站水轮发电机定子铁心锈蚀分析及处理,总结出在不拆除定子铁心的情况下,采用简单有效的除锈处理方法,并经定子铁心故障检测验证效果良好。在遭受重大自然灾害后,能够在较短时间内恢复机组安全稳定运行。

In this paper, by analyzing and dealing with the rust problem on Yuzixi station generator stator core, without dismantling the stator core, taking a simple and effective measure for rust treatment, it leads to a good result through the fault-detect verification on the staor core. After suffering a major natural disaster, the unit can restore the safe and stable operation in a short time.
