摘要
本文旨在分析水轮发电机承重机架轴向下沉量的结构参数敏感度。以塔贝拉工程水轮发电机下机架为研究对象,在机架结构中提炼9个结构参数,应用有限元分析软件开展承重机架轴向下沉量的静力学分析计算。本文提出并应用相对下沉量作为评价标准,定量分析机架下沉量的结构参数敏感度,并给出结构参数敏感度排序。分析结果表明,机架高度对承重机架下沉量影响最为显著;承重机架下沉量的结构参数敏感度随结构参数的增大而减小,综合调整多个结构参数有利于得到最优设计方案。本文的分析结论对水轮发电机承重机架优化设计具有指导意义。
This study analyzed structure parameter sensitivity of deflection for hydro-generator thrust bracket. The lower bracket of Tarbela hydro-generator was for use as an object of study. The nine structure parameters were found in bracket structure. The static structure analysis using finite element software were employed for thrust bracket deflection. The relative deflection was presented and used as evaluation criteria. Using this criteria, the order of structure parameter sensitivity was achieved. The analysis showed that the height of bracket was most remarkable structure parameter for thrust bracket deflection. The analysis indicated that structure parameter sensitivity of thrust bracket will reduce with the increasing of structure parameter. Therefore, it is a favorable solution for thrust bracket design to adjust several structure parameters simultaneously. The results of this study are helpful for optimization design of hydro-generator thrust bracket.
