摘要 桐子林水电站水轮发电机组为国产巨型轴流转桨式机组,机组各项参数均达到世界较高水平。其发电机定子直径达17600mm,分6瓣制造,并在施工现场进行组装。以1号机组定子组装为例,主要对定子的结构特点、机座组装焊接、定子中心测圆架的安装、定位筋安装调整、定子铁心叠片及磁化实验等施工工艺进行了介绍,并对其安装过程中的主要技术进行了总结,以期为同类型的巨型水轮发电机组定子组装提供参考。 The Hydro-generator in Tongzilin Hydropower Station is a giant Kaplan unit in domestic at present. The generator stator diameter is 17600 millimeters. It is divided into six parts and shipped to the site for assembling. Taking unit NO.1 as an example, the structural characteristics of the stator, frame welding, installation of roundness measurement device, positioning bar installation and core laminating in Tongzilin Hydropower Station are introduced herein. The main assembly techniques were summarized in the installation process. These processes and technologies can provide reference to the stator assembly in giant Hydro-generator units of the same type.
