摘要
QFS-125-2型双水内冷发电机在增容改造后,发现定子线棒层间及其出水温差超标现象。本文详细介绍了问题的发现、检查、试验、分析。认为温差超标主要是结构方面的原因,只要在实际运行中,密切监视定子线棒层间温差和出水温度的温差变化趋势,使定子线棒的运行温度始终处于稳定状态,发电机可以正常安全运行。
This paper presented the researching of the problems, which phenomenon is the water temperature difference over standard at the stator bars interlamination and water outlet after upgrading for QFS-125-2 double-water internal cooling generator, and the detection, testing, structure and theory analysis for the problems. According to the check and analysis, the cause is due to the structure. During the real operation, the generator can operate safely under monitoring the variation tendency of temperature difference carefully at the stator bars interlamination and water outlet. This can provide reference for similar generators condition.
