摘要
主要论述国产汽轮发电机用水溶性硅钢片漆的研制及评定方法,从涂层厚度、边缘效应、富兰克林烧损试验、热压收缩率和环保等方面进行了论证。通过本评定方法研制出了国产汽轮发电机用水溶性硅钢片漆,该产品将适时满足国内汽轮发电机组对硅钢片漆的需求,全面提高了汽轮发电机定子铁心的技术水平与运行可靠性。
The preparation and evaluation methods of water-soluble silicon steel sheet paint made in China were discussed. The coating thickness, edge thickening effect, Franklin test, hot-pressing shrinkage and environmental protection were demonstrated. The water-soluble steel sheet paint made in China has been developed by this method. The product can meet the demand of large turbo-generator set for silicon steel sheet paint and improve the technical level and operation reliability of large turbo-generator stator core.
