摘要 本文介绍了风冷冰箱换热器性能测试平台的建设意义、系统设计、搭建以及运行调试。在设计和搭建过程中参考了小型低速风洞设计标准和换热器性能测试的相关标准,并结合实际进行了适当改进。选用热水作为管内侧换热介质,实现了小换热量(40W^450W)的风冷冰箱换热器性能的准确测量,可以为风冷冰箱换热器的设计、开发和计算机仿真提供必要的数据支持。 This paper introduces the construction significance, system design, operation debugging of the performance test platform of air-cooled refrigerator. In the process of design and construction, we consulted the design standard of small-scale low-speed wind tunnel and the relative standards of heat exchanger performance test. Besides, it was improve appropriately combined with the practical condition. Selecting heat water as the heat transferring medium in the interior of tubes, the accurate measure of small heat exchange capacity of heat exchanger performance of air-cooled refrigerator was obtained. It can provide the data support for the design, development, computer simulation of heat exchanger of air-cooled refrigerator.
