摘要
随着太阳能电池材料的日新月异,有别于传统晶硅太阳能电池,新型太阳能电池在测试或评价方法上,比传统晶硅电池有更严谨的测试要求。本文将讨论第三代太阳能电池的最大功率测量方法,提出一个标准的测试方法来达到更精确的结果。通过测试光源的光谱和电池间的光谱响应来计算和标准测试条件STC下AM1.5G光谱的差异;经由此方法来选择合适的标准电池,再利用此标准电池来标定太阳模拟器标准光强,减少测试误差及不确定度。
With the development of solar cell materials, the evaluation method of the novel solar cell is quite different from the traditional crystalline silicon solar cell. This paper discusses the method for measuring the maximum power of the third generation solar cells. The standard test method is proposed to achieve the more accurate results. By testing the spectrum of solar simulator and the spectral response of solar cell, it calculates the mismatch factor under standard test conditions with standard AM1.5G spectrum. Through the mismatch factor, it selects the correct standard cell to calibrate the solar simulator intensity and reduces the test error and uncertainty.
