摘要
针对空调外机组装过程中冷凝器部件的关键性,通过自动化改造和机器人应用,重新设计布局了冷凝器部装线,实际生产验证了自动化改造后的冷凝器部装线大大提高了冷凝器加工、检测和组装的效率,促进了冷凝器的品质提升,节省了大量的人工。
In the assembly line of air conditioner, condenser is the key process part. Through automated transformation and robotic applications, the layout of the condenser assembly line is redesigned. The actual production proves that after automated transformation, the new condenser assembly line could greatly increase the condenser process, testing and assembly efficiency, promote the quality of the condenser, and save a lot of manual.
