摘要 对于干式壳管式换热器来说,高效管外表面存有残留油液,高效管的外侧走水。在有水的环境中,油类极容易水解产生酸根离子,酸根离子是导致蚁巢腐蚀的关键性因素。目前普遍采用浇注法进行清洗,清洗效果不好而且效率低。本文主要介绍一种超声波清洗方法,可以有效清洗高效管残油量,保证测试结果准确性,为空调器防范蚁巢腐蚀提供参考。 For the dry-type shell-tube heat exchanger, the residual oil still sticks in the outside surface of high-efficiency tube, it results in the water running from the outside. In the environment with water, oils are very easy to hydrolyze to generate acid groups. And the acid groups are the key factor to cause the erosion of ant nest. Currently, the pouring process is adopted commonly to rinse it. However, the cleaning effect is poor and inefficient. This paper mainly introduces a kind of ultrasonic cleaning. It can clean the sticky oil in the high-efficiency tube effectively, and ensure the veracity of test result. It provides the reference for preventing the erosion of ant nest in the air-conditioning.
