摘要
本文通过对Φ7蒸发器部件与Φ5蒸发器部件的流路对比,实验匹配,详细阐述了Φ5管代替Φ7在空调匹配上实验过程,最终实现Φ5管空调达到Φ7管空调效果。通过实验得出,在相同走管的情况下,可以实现小管径能力的相符,最终达到降成本的效果。
The paper analyzes the flows of Φ5 evaporator and Φ7 evaporator. With certain experiments, the Φ5 evaporator gradually reaches the same performance which Φ7 evaporator achieves and finally realizes the cost reduc-tion.
