摘要
以离心式压缩机三油楔固定瓦滑动轴承—转子系统为研究对象,通过Dy Ro Be'S软件计算分析,获得轴承结构参数(宽径比、相对间隙、预载荷)对转子系统临界转速的影响规律。结果表明:随着预载荷的增加,转子临界转速先增加,再减小;随着轴承宽径比的增大、相对间隙的减小,转子的临界转速增大。在所有参数中,相对间隙的影响最大。
Taking the three-fixing-lobe bearing rotor system of centrifugal compressor as the research subject; and based on the DyRoBe'S software calculation analysis, we get the effect and rules of critical speed of rotor system ac-cording to the change of the structural parameter such as length-diameter ratio, relative clearance ratio and preload coefficient of the journal bearing. The results show that with the preload coefficient increasing, the rotor critical speed increases first, and then decreases; with the length-diameter ratio increasing and relative clearance ratio decreasing, the rotor critical speed increases. In all of these parameters, the maximun influence on which is relative clearance ratio.
