本文通过一项对空调电控生产线改造和物流改善项目的开展,结合原现场物流和生产线存在的各种问题进行深入调研和分析,最终通过物流布局和自动化改造的方式,提高了电控生产的自动化水平和生产效率。

Through the development of the air-conditioning controlling production lines transformation and logistics improvement projects, combined with the problems of original site logistics and production line, in-depth research and analysis are presented in this paper. Finally, through the method of logistics distribution and automation transformation, the electronic production automation level and production efficiency are improved.
