传统的拨码检测方法是靠人眼目视检验判断拨码的位置,在实际生产中极易出现拨错或未拨到位现象,导致质量事故,返包也使得生产效率降低。故很有必要开发一款拨码错漏拨通用检测装置,利用与内机通讯的方式解析有效数据,将内机中的地址拨码、功能拨码、容量拨码在显示板上直观显示,提高检测的准确性。

Traditional DIP detection method relies mainly on human eye judgment. This method is not reliable and error-prone. It will easily cause quality accident and seriously reduce production efficiency. In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of detection, a DIP detection device is necessary to develop. This device uses means of circuit communication to date analysis. The address DIP, function DIP and capacity DIP of the circuit will be visually dis-played on the screen.
