Through analyzing the structure and working principle of oil heater of refrigerant, decreasing its surface loading optimizing its structure, and verifying its surface temperature and other data with relevant tests, methods are figured out to improve the quality of the heating element, control mode and other design. It is also approved that those methods can extent its service life and make it safer and more reliable.
