摘要
行业内不锈钢水箱上螺钉紧固件普遍采用钨极氩弧焊点焊工艺进行焊接,文章通过设计实验对储能螺柱焊接和氩弧焊点焊性能进行对比,论证储能螺柱焊应用不锈钢水箱的工艺可行性。
In the industry, the argon tungsten-arc spot welding technique is widely used in the welding of the stainless steel water tank screw fasteners. This paper compares the performance of stored energy stud welding and argon arc welding by experiments. The results demonstrate the feasibility of the application of stored energy stud welding in the stainless steel water tank.
