摘要
随着电力电子技术的发展,电力电子设备与人们的工作、生活关系日益密切,而任何电子设备都离不开可靠的电源。当今开关电源正向着集成化、智能化的方向发展,高度集成、功能强大的单片开关电源代表着当今开关电源发展的主流方向。Tiny Switch-Ⅲ芯片集成多种保护机制,如输入欠压,输出过压,热关断保护等,能够有效地使芯片在各种不同的环境下都能有很高的可靠性。但是此系列芯片没有输入过压保护。本论文首先介绍Tiny Switch-Ⅲ的内部结构和工作原理,然后介绍基于Tiny Switch-Ⅲ外置保护电路设计。
Currently, switching power supply is developing towards the direction of the integration and intelligence. Nowadays, highly integrated powerful single-chip switching power supply represents the mainstream direction of the development of switch power supply. TinySwitch - III chip integrates many kinds of protection mechanisms, such as input voltage, output overvoltage, and thermal-shutdown protection. It can effectively keep the chips in high reliability in a variety of different environments. This paper mainly introduces the functions of TinySwitch - III chip and external input over-voltage protection circuit based on the chip design.
