The Design of Automatic Monitoring System About the Utilization Rate of Automatic Placement Machine

本文设计了一套自动贴片机利用率的自动监测系统。该系统采用无线通讯,通过C/S监测软件将自动贴片机的贴装点数、停机时间等数据送至网络服务器,并部署B/S浏览网页,用户可任意查询,便于掌握自动贴片机的利用率。

This paper designs a set of automatic monitoring system about the utilization rate of automatic placement machine. Wireless transmission is used between monitoring unit and center. With the C/S software, it sets hit points and downtime data to the server, and then develops the B/S website. The user can master the utilization of automatic placement machine easily.
