摘要
外排式吸油烟机的空气性能试验采用特殊的风筒试验装置,通过变换出口孔板的开孔直径来测得各个工况点的动态数据,再通过计算得出其空气性能数据。本文通过结合流体力学理论推导标准中给出的数学模型,帮助试验者更好地理解试验原理并把握试验中的细节因素。
The performance test of air extraction range hood is operated on a specialized air tube facility. Air pressure is measured in process when changing the value of the orifice diameter. Thus, air performance is calculated by the test data. Analysis on the derivation of mathematical models in the standards is given hereinbelow to enhance the understanding of fluid mechanics fundamentals and promote the accuracy of test result.
