洗碗机立柱支撑分析与优化设计

摘要 洗碗机内胆通过联接方式固定在洗碗机立柱总成上,立柱总成对洗碗机内胆起框架支撑作用,同时要有足够的结构强度保持洗碗机的刚性。用手推动现有洗碗机台面角部左右两侧,洗碗机箱体晃动较大。对洗碗机立柱支撑进行有限元分析并根据有限元分析结果对洗碗机立柱支撑强度进行了优化设计,重点优化设计了铰链板,使铰链板强度提升50%左右。根据铰链板的优化设计,做样件对洗碗机进行推动实验,实验结果证明了铰链板优化设计的准确性。 The dishwasher tub is fixed on the tub frame assembly by some kind of connection. The tub frame assembly supports the tub and has enough strength to keep the stiffness of the dishwasher. Pushing the dishwasher top deck corner left and right, the dishwasher strength is weak and shaking large. FEA has been done on the tub frame assembly and according to the FEA result, optimization design has been done on the tub frame assembly especially on the hinge plate which improving the hinge plate strength about 50%. According to the optimization design, hinge plate sample has been done and pushing test finished, the test result proved the accuracy of the optimization design.
