摘要 洗碗机洗完餐具后,如自然干燥,需要较长时间,且干燥效果较差;通过本干燥系统,能有效缩短干燥时间,且干燥率提高20%以上。本干燥系统,具有电机、叶轮和风道,此外,还包括一个传动系统,电机与叶轮非同轴设置,且电机通过传动部带动叶轮转动。由于电机和叶轮非同轴设置,所以与现有技术中将电机和叶轮同轴设置的结构相比,可以将整个风机系统做得非常薄,其体积小,节省了很大的空间,进而可以很轻松的安置于洗碗机门衬、上部、背部、侧部等狭小的空间当中,不易受空间限制。 After the dishwasher cleaning the dishes, if natural drying, it needs longer time. And the drying is poor. Through the drying system, it can effectively reduce the drying time, and the drying rate increased by 20%. The drying system has motor, impeller, duct, and transmission unit. The motor and the impeller are non-coaxial setting, and the motor drives the impeller to rotate through the transmission unit. Due to the non-coaxial setting of the motor and the impeller, so compared to the prior art structure in the motor and impeller coaxially arranged, the entire fan system can be designed very thin. And its small size can save a lot of space. In this way, it can be easily placed in tight spaces dishwasher door lining, upper back, side, etc., and has less susceptible to space limitations.
