摘要
本文采用三类常见食品(肉类、蔬菜、水果)的腐败特征气体(氨气、硫化氢、乙醇),选择了相应的MOS气体传感器,设计了针对冰箱内食品新鲜度检测的电子鼻传感器阵列,制作冰箱食品新鲜度气味检测模块。试验结果显示,采用阈值法建立模型,对检测结果进行判别,结合人为感官评价,该检测模块对于腐败食品的判别达到了100%的准确度;对于次新鲜食品判断的准确度为:66.7%;对于新鲜食品判断的准确度为81.8%。
In this paper, the rotten characteristic gas(ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and ethanol) of three kinds of common foods(meat, vegetables, and fruits) is adopted, the corresponding MOS gas sensor is choser, the electronic nose sensor array for fresh food detection in refrigerator is designed, and the food freshness odor detection module in refrigerator is developed. The test results show that, the model is established by using the threshold method, and the detection result is judged. Combined with the artifi cial sensory evaluation, the detection module achieves 100 % accuracy for the determination of rotten food; the accuracy of the judgment of fresh food is 66.7 %; the accuracy of fresh food judgments is 81.8 %.
