房间空调器远程通讯模块设计与试验研究

摘要 设计了一种房间空调器远程通讯模块,该通讯模块主要由主控芯片、GSM模块、RS485通讯模块、电源和SIM卡构成。通过房间空调控制器、GSM、网络服务器间的协议定义,实现空调单元、控制终端和网络服务器三者之间的数据传输,实现空调状态信息的实时采集、查看和存储,实现终端控制指令和状态查看指令的顺利传输。对所设计的带有远程通讯模块的房间空调器进行了网页兼容性、远程操控功能、恶劣工况、极端电压、长期运行等项目的测试,测试结果表明具有远程通讯功能的空调器能够正确响应控制终端发出的控制指令,能够满足日常生活的使用要求,运行可靠稳定。 A remote communication module of room air conditioner is designed. It is composed of main control chip, GSM module, RS485 communication module, power supply and SIM card. The protocol is defi ned between the controller of room air conditioner, wireless communication module and network server. It is realized that data is translated between the room air conditioner, the control terminal and network server, the status information about air conditioner is collected, checked and saved real-time, and the terminal control instruction and status instruction is translated smoothly. The room air conditioner with a remote communication module is tested. Test items include web compatibility, remote control capabilities, harsh conditions, extreme voltage, and long-term operation. The test results show that the air conditioner with remote communication function can correctly respond to the control instructions issued by the control terminal, and it can meet the daily life requirements, and its operation was reliable and stable.
