摘要
本文通过对相关标准中关于耐焊接热的测试要求进行了对比,同时结合贴片保险丝产品的不同产品设计工艺特点,及其经受耐焊接热测试后的可能发生的问题进行了相关分析说明。
Through comparing the test requirements for resistance to soldering heat in related standards, and combined with the design technique characteristics of different SMD fuse products, this paper analyzes the existing problems after the test.
