摘要
本文介绍了国内基于PLC的三相鼠笼式异步电机多故障诊断系统设计,详细分析了三相鼠笼式异步电机常见的故障及故障表现出的症状。对PLC的选型做出了论述,介绍了S7-200 CPU226的特点,对模块的扩展做出了详细论述。对传感器进行相应的选型,对输入输出点做出了相应的分配。做出了一套基于PLC的电机多故障诊断系统。
Based on PLC, the fault diagnosis system for three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motor is designed. This paper firstly analyzes the common faults and their syndromes of this motor in detail. Secondly, it introduces the selection for PLC, the characteristics of S7-200 CPU226, and the extension of module. Besides, it makes the corresponding selection for sensor and the corresponding allocation for input and output points. Finally, the motor fault diagnosis system based on PLC is developed.
