摘要
为验证 5 %鱼肝油酸钠作为沈霖法慢性骨髓炎模型中重要的处理因素可能影响模型成败的假说。参照沈霖法复制慢性骨髓炎模型 ,并以 5 %鱼肝油酸钠和生理盐水模拟造模 ,对比模型之间 X线片和病理组织学指标。结果显示模拟模型组与沈霖法造模组之间此 2项指标有明显差异 ,模拟模型组间对比则无明显差异。说明 5
Objective: To test and verify the hypothesis which 5% sodium morrhuate as an important experimental factor probably disturb the diagnosis of Shenlin's chronic osteomyelitis model. Methods: The animal were made Shenlin's model group by using 5% sodium morrhuate and simulative model group by normal saline. The X-ray and histopathology index were observed between two groups. Results: There were significant difference between two groups, and no significant differences in simulative model group. Conclusion: It was suggested that it's feasible to use 5% sodium morrhuate as one of the important factors.
