Bcl-2、CD44在肺癌组织中的表达及意义

Study on expression of Bcl-2 and CD44 in human lung cancer

目的 探讨Bcl 2、CD4 4s及CD4 4v6在肺癌中的表达情况及其与肺癌预后及转移的关系。方法 以SP法研究 83例原发性肺癌及 16例肺良性疾患。结果 Bcl 2、CD4 4s及CD4 4v6在肺癌组织中表达显著升高 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ,且表达强度与肺癌类型及临床分期有关 (P <0 .0 1) ,但与肺癌的分化程度无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 Bcl 2可能参与了肺癌的发生发展过程 ,并可作为肺癌预后的一个指标。CD4 4v6阳性可能对肺癌转移及临床分期起一定作用。

Objective To explore the relationship of the expression of Bcl\| 2, CD44s and CD44v6 with the oncogenesis , development and aggression of lung cancer.Methods Streptavidin\| peroxidase conjugated method (SP) were used for detecting those proteins in 16 benign bronchus\| lung diseases and 83 lung tumors. Results The expression levels of Bcl\| 2, CD44s and CD44v6 respectively were significantly higher in lung cancers than in benign bronchus\|lung diseases ( P <0.01 or <0.05).No relationship was observed between differentiation grade of lung cancer cell and expression of these protein( P >0.05).Conclusion (1) The proto\|oncogene Bcl\|2 may be involved in the oncogenesis and development of lung cancer, and its expression may become an important indicator in the prognosis of lung cancer.(2) CD44v6 may have a action on deciding TNM stage and aggression of lung cancer.
