试论朝鲜对外经济关系现状及其发展策略

The Current Situation of North Korea's Foreign Economic Relations and Several Issues to Be Solved

在自主、和平、亲善的理念和平等互惠的原则下,朝鲜政府依靠自己的资源和技术,在建设自立民族经济的同时,还扩大发展了与其它国家之间的经济交流。最近,朝鲜政府为了实现对外贸易的多元化和多样化,积极引进先进技术,实现人民经济主要部门的现代化,设立经济特区,开展招商引资活动,并完善了贸易和投资相关单位创造性地开展经营活动的经济管理方法,由国家主导创造了有利于开展贸易与投资活动的对外环境,加强学术与文化交流。

With the establishment of self-supporting national economy depending on its own resources and technology,North Korea is expanding its development of the economic communication with other countries under the principle of independence,peace,friendliness,equality and mutual benefit.Recently,in order to diversify the forms of foreign trade,the government is actively importing advanced technologies,implementing the modernization of important departments and attracting foreign direct investment by constructing Special Economic Zones.To further the expanding of foreign economic relations,the government plans to improve the managing capabilities of the units related with investment and trade so that they can carry out business activities more ingeniously.The government intends to create a better external environment which is conducive to business activities and encourages the academic and cultural extranges which can facilitate the trade and investment.
