Characteritic construction is the only way to existence for professional colleges.In the upper ways,these colleges should cooperate with the famous universities,in the middle ways,to connect with the govenment departments and other authoritative agencies;in the lower ways,to cooperate with the enterprises.The training goals of the students are'overall quality,distinctive features,directive specialities and outstanding abilities'.The management of the students should adopt the quasi middle school management methods.The curriculums should follow the need of the market and be changed in time.
