“定点”和“间距”穿刺法对内瘘血管寿命的影响比较

Compare the influence to the life of arterial-venous fistula between“fix point”and“intervel”puncture

目的:探索一种合理的穿刺方法以延长内瘘血管的使用寿命。方法:将在我院行维持性血透治疗的慢性肾衰患者40例随机分成两组,在治疗时分别用“定点”和“间距”两种穿刺方法进行穿刺,从瘘口静脉侧血管狭窄、假性动脉瘤的形成、内瘘血管的阻塞、穿刺点的渗血、皮肤感染及透后止血困难等并发症方面进行对比研究。结论:“间距”穿刺法并发症平均发生率明显低于“定点”穿刺法,而且更能延长内瘘血管的使用寿命。

Objective: To investigate a rational puncture method to extend the utilization life of Arterial-Venous fistula. Methods: To divide the forty cares of chronic kidney's function failure patients who accepted hemodialysis in our hospital into two groups casually. -At the beginning of hemodialysis, one group is punctured by the 'fixed point' method, the other group is punctured by the 'interval' method. Then, to make the contrast investigation from the complication aspect that including the venous side of Arterial-Venous fistula stenosis, the forming of false hemangioma, the blocking of Arterial-Venous fistula, .the puncture point bleeding, skin infection and stopping bleeding difficultly at the end of hemodialysis. Conclusion; The complication average happening rate of 'interval' puncture is far lower than 'fixed point' puncture, 'interval' puncture can make the utilization life of Arterial-Venous fistula longer.
