养阴清热化雪方对预防肺癌化疗病人口腔霉菌感染的临床观察

Clinic observation of effects on preventing stomatomycosis of pulmonary carcinoma chemotherapy patients with nourishing yin and transforming snow gargle

目的:观察中药养阴化雪方漱口液对预防肺癌化疗病人口腔霉菌感染的作用。方法:将62例肺癌病人随机分为两组:32例采用中药养阴化雪方漱口的观察组和30例采用传统的一枝黄花液漱口的对照组,4周后比较两组的效果,口腔体征改善的情况。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,溃疡发生率明显低于对照组;PH值增加或恢复时间、口干消失时间、舌苔增长时间显著均少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药养阴化雪方漱口液对肺癌化疗病人具有良好的预防口腔霉菌感染的作用。

Objective:To observe the effects on of nourishing yin and transforming snow Chinese medicine gargle on preventing stomatomycosis of pulmonary carcinoma chemotherapy patients. Method:62 pulmonary carcinoma chemotherapy patients were divided into two groups: therapy group(32 patents rinsed their mouth with nourishing yin and transforming snow Chinese medicine gargle×4w) and control group (30 patients rinsed their mouth with traditional yizhihuang-hua gargle×4w). Compare the ourative effects, the amelioration of oral cavity sign of the two groups after 4 weeks. Reults: The total effective rate was much higher in the therapy group than in the control group; the mouth ulcer rate was much lower in the therapy group than in the control group; the periods of impoving or recovering PH; disppearing xerocheilia and gaining fur of tongue were significantly shorter in the therapy group than in the control group (P<0. 01). Conclusion: The nourishing yin and transforming snow, Chinese medicine gargle had good effects on preventing stomatomycosis of pulmonary carcinoma chemotherapy patients.
