[目的 ]探讨冷冻胚胎的临床应用 ,提高试管婴儿成功率。 [方法 ]取 IVF与 ICSI剩余胚胎 ,采用慢速冷冻法冻存 ,快速解冻后用于临床 ,探讨其效果。 [结果 ]从 1998年起实施 31例胚胎冷冻 ,复苏后胚胎存活率达 71.0 % ,妊娠率达 2 2 .2 %。 [结论 ]采用冻融胚胎技术可以提高一次取卵的总妊娠率。
