摘要 CD4 4属于粘附分子家族 ,是分布极为广泛的细胞表面跨膜糖蛋白 ,能与多种配体分子结合 ,介导细胞与细胞间、细胞与细胞外基质间的粘附过程。CD4 4及其变异体分子参与肿瘤的发生发展和侵袭转移。本文对 CD4 4尤其是 CD4 4v的基因定位与结构、分子结构特征、分类与功能、与肿瘤及宫颈癌的关系及治疗等进行综述 ,为同行了解 CD4 4在宫颈恶变、恶变后侵袭转移过程中的作用机制 ,为宫颈癌的预后判断以及基因治疗提供帮助。
