摘要
目的 :建立简便快速的光度法 ,用于儿童发样中微量元素铜的测定。方法 :氨水介质中 ,利用Cu2 + 催化H2 O2 氧化达旦黄的褪色反应 ,建立测定发中Cu的实验条件和体系。结果 :本方法测定范围为 0 .0 5~ 0 .5 μgCu2 + 2 5ml,其灵敏度为 6 .0 9×10 1 1 g·ml 1 。结论 :本方法简便快速 ,用于发样尤其是取样量少的儿童发样中微量元素铜的检测 ,结果较为满意。
Objective:To establish a catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry method to use for the determination of trace Cu in hair;Methods:Determine the Catalytic effect of Cu(Ⅱ) on the Oxidation of Titan yellow by H 2o 2 in a NH 3·H 2O medium.Results:The method established above is used for the determination of Cu in hair with the rang of 0.05~0.5 μg Cu 2+ /25 ml and the sensitivity of 6.09×10 11 g/ml.Conclusions:This method is considered simple and rapid, and has been applied to the successful determination of trace Cu in hair,especially in children with few hairs,with satisfactory results. [
