糖尿病肾病发病的相关因素分析

Analysis of Related Factors in Development of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的 :分析糖尿病肾病发病的相关因素。方法 :应用多因素logistic回归 ,分析了 5 38例 2型糖尿病患者有关糖尿病肾病发生的相关因素。结果 :① 2型糖尿病患者糖尿病肾病发生率为 33.1%;②年龄、糖尿病病程、体重指数、高血压、高血糖、高血脂、空腹血清C肽等因素与 2型糖尿病患者糖尿病肾病发病有关。结论 :为防止 2型糖尿病患者糖尿病肾病的发生 ,应注重控制血压、血糖、血脂、体重指数、高胰岛素血症。

Objective: To analyse the related factors in development of diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods: 538 patients with type 2 diabetic were analyzed with multiple logistic regression. Results: ① DN incidence was 33.1% in type 2 diabetic patients; ② The age, duration of diabetes, body mass index (BMI), hypertension, glycosylate hemoglobin (HbA 1c), hypertriglyceridemia and fasting serum C-peptide were correlated with DN in type 2 diabetic patients. Conclusion: Correction of hypertension, hypertriglyceridemia, hyperinsulinism and reduce BMI are crucial to prevent DN in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
