新城区复杂环境下地籍子区的划分方法探讨——以昆明市呈贡区为例

Method of Partition Cadastral Subareas in New Urban District with Complicated Situation: Taking Chenggong District of Kunming City as an Example

目前,各省均有正在发展和建设的新兴城区,这些新城具有历史变革错综复杂、地貌现状高速变化等特点。以昆明市呈贡新区为例,探讨了在农村集体土地所有权确权工作中,如何参考传统乡、村界线,充分考虑各方面因素来划分地籍区、地籍子区的方法。

There are many of new urban districts that are developing and constructing across the country's province at the present,these districts have many characteristics of their own,such as complicated historical revolutions,landform developed at top speed,and so on. Taking Chenggong district in Kunming city as an example,this paper discusses a new method how to refer to traditional villages and towns' boundary lines,and take the related factors into full account to demarcate cadastral areas and subareas in the work of the rural collective land ownership determine.
