创新是发展的第一驱动,实施创新驱动发展战略建设创新型国家是我国新时期创新的新使命。基于国际全球竞争力和全球创新指数权威评价机构的研究报告,分析和揭示了导致我国国际全球竞争力和全球创新指数排名相对滞后的短板;并针对高等教育、运商环境及其创新封闭性三大关键短板进行了深入分析及其应对之策,以实现我国创新的源头活水、事半功倍与优质高效,提升我国的全球竞争力和全球创新指数,实现我国创新新使命。

Innovation is the first driving force for development.Implementing innovation-driven development strategy and building an innovative country is the new orientation of innovation in China’s new era.Based on the research report of the international global competitiveness and the global innovation index authoritative evaluation agency,this paper analyzes and reveals the shortcomings that lead to the relative lag of China’s international global competitiveness and global innovation index ranking.The paper also analyzes and responds to the three key shortcomings of higher education,transportation environment and its innovation and closure,in order to realize the source of innovation in China,get twice the result with high efficiency and high efficiency,and enhance China’s global competitiveness and global innovation index,and consolidate the new mission of national innovation.
