摘要
高速大数据的传输与信息处理是光通信中的重点。4×10G 850nm是大数据处理中心所用的关键部件,本文介绍了基于一种垂直腔体发射激光器(VCSEL)及光探测器PD集成的4×10G并行光模块,对40G QSFP+SR4 AOC光学对准进行分析;阐述了40G QSFP+SR4 AOC主要结构组成,从而对光学对准设备及工艺要求进行研究。
High speed and large data transmission and information processing is the focus of optical communication. 850nm 4×10G is a key component of the large data processing center.In this paper, an integrated 4×10G parallel optical module based on a vertical cavity emitting laser (VCSEL) and photodetector PD is introduced. Analysis of optical alignment of QSFP SR4 AOC 40G. The main structure of QSFP SR4 AOC 40G is introduced in this paper. In order to study the optical alignment equipment and process requirements.
