摘要
在工业自动化方面,由于不同总线协议之间存在着严格的界限,导致不同的现场总线之间的数据不能高速有效地进行实时传输,使得人们越来越关注工业以太网。本文以对EtherCAT技术的了解和对国产处理器芯片的学习为研究基础,使用SPARC V8架构的国产处理器So C芯片BM3105和EtherCAT从站控制器芯片ET1100,设计了一种能够实现EtherCAT主从站通信的耦合通信板,并做了简单测试。
In terms of industrial automation, due to the presence of strict boundaries between different bus protocols, the data between different fieldbuses can not transmit high-speed effectively and real-time transmission. So People are getting more and more attention to industrial Ethernet. Under the research foundation of the understanding of the EtherCAT technology and learning to domestic chip processor, this paper designs a EtherCAT slave coupling communication board and does a simple test using the domestic processor SoC chip based on SPARC architecture and EtherCAT slaver controller ET1100.
