基于EtherCAT总线的功能按键操作设备设计

摘要 本文根据工业控制现场的功能按键应用需求,设计了一种基于EtherCAT总线的功能按键设备。该设备以FPGA为核心控制芯片,集成商业总线IP核,并且将按键与led驱动接口电路用硬件逻辑实现,减少了设备的硬件复杂度,提高了设备的可靠性和性能。 This paper according to the application requirements of function key in the industrial control field, a function key equitment based on EtherCAT fieldbus is designed. this equitment use FPGA as core chip, and integrate commercial ip core. beside that, the equipment implement the drivering interface of key and led with hardware logic, as a result, the hardware complexity has been reduced and the reliability and performance has been improved.
