基于DSP的感应电机矢量控制变频调速系统设计

摘要 本文采用TI公司的数字信号处理芯片TMS320F28335为控制核心,完成了感应电机的矢量控制变频调速系统的硬件和软件设计,合理地解决了矢量控制的复杂算法较难实现的问题,并给出了定子电流、直流母线检测、限幅保护等电路,相比采用TMS320F2812、TMS320F2808等同类芯片能有效避免诸多不足。实验表明,该系统稳定性好、抗干扰能力强、响应速度快。 The paper adopted the digital signal processing (DSP) chip TMS320F2812 of TI company as control core, completed the vector control of induction motor variable frequency speed control system hardware and software design, reasonably solved the difficult problem that cannot be achieved by complex vector control algorithm and gave the stator current, DC bus detection, limiting protection circuit. And compared with same chip such as TMS320F28012,TMS320F2808, it can effectively avoided many shortcomings. The experiments results show that the system has good stability, strong anti-jamming capability, and fast response speed.
