摘要
文章针对ICP传感器在冲击波超压及侵彻过载测试中的信号调理,讨论了ICP信号调理电路功能及重要性。给出了包括恒流源激励、传感器检测、交流耦合、隔离放大、滤波的设计方案,并通过与PCB、江苏联能同类型调理器对比试验验证了该设计的有效性及精确性。该调理器采用的隔离方案是同类型产品所不具备的,对冲击波超压及抛撒过载测量精度的提高和采集设备的保护具有实际意义。
According to signal condition of the ICP sensor in the measurement of the shock wave Overpressure and the dispensing overload, the function and essentiality of the ICP signal condition is discussed. The design is given, which is consisted of the constant current excitation, the sensor test, the AC-coupled, the isolation and amplification and the filtering, and the validity and accuracy of the design is validated by the contrast test of the PCB and Jiangsu’s congener conditioner. The isolation design of the conditioner is unique in the congener conditioner, which has actual function in the high precision of the measurement of the shock wave Overpressure and the dispensing overload and the best safeguard of the data acquirement.
